Hannah is responsible for the delivery of capital planning & investment, strategic property & estates management, business development and communications. A Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across regeneration, economic development, and planning & development consultancy, she has worked across both the public and private sectors in the North-East and nationally – always with a desire to do something ‘meaningful’.
More recently, Hannah has specialised in healthcare estates consultancy, delivering estates strategies and capital investment and development advice to a range of health providers and organisations. Hannah is an active advocate for her profession and has held regional and national roles with RICS and other industry bodies and committees and also acts as an APC mentor and assessor.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys going on long walks with her dog, Hamish (preferably in the South West coast of Scotland), spending time with friends and family, battling a losing addiction to crime dramas, and trying to keep fit.
