Our corporate strategy sets out our vision for the future of QE Facilities and identifies our strategic priorities over the next five years.
Over the last year we have made it a priority to listen to what matters most to our people, customers and stakeholders. We have focused on understanding the impact our services make, and in identifying future trends and opportunities that we will need to be ready to respond to. We recognise the uncertainty of the current climate, with a reshaping of the NHS nationally, significant financial and workforce pressures, and the growing importance of digital advancements and environmental sustainability. Whilst we can’t predict the future, our strategy positions us to navigate challenges effectively and to be well placed for opportunities as they arise.
